Geçmişi antik dönemlere uzanan İstanbul’un en eski ve prestijli semtlerinden İstinye’de, muhteşem deniz manzarasıyla ve mimari özellikleri ile ön plana çıkan Nidapark İstinye projesi, 73.000 m2 üzerine kurulu 55 bloğu, 538 apart ünitesi, kapalı ve açık yüzme havuzları, fitness salonları, yaklaşık 47.500 m2 genişliğiyle bölgenin havasını değiştiren parkı ve otopark bölümleriyle yaşam standartlarınızı en yükseğe çıkarmak için hazırlanıyor.

Proje’de yer alan; Panorama, Vadi ve Koru etapları kendi sosyal tesisiyle ayrıcalıklı bir konuma sahip bulunuyor.

Türkiye’nin akıllı bina sistemlerinde öncü ve yerli markası Interra, Artaş Grubu ve Mesa’nın ortaklığıyla yapılacak olan, 39.780 adet KNX cihazıyla birlikte 2280 daire ve 70 villanın yer alacağı Tema İstanbul 2 konut projesiyle Türkiye’nin en büyük KNX Akıllı bina sistemleri projesine imza attı.
Tema İstanbul 2’de 80 metrekareden 196 metrekareye kadar geniş bir skalada daireler bulunacak. Projede 2.280 adet daire yer alırken bu daireler 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 ve 4+1 olacak şekilde planlandı. Projede dairelerin yanında 70 villa da alıcıların ilgisine sunulacak. Tema İstanbul’un 1,5 milyon metrekare arsa alanı üzerine inşa edilecek.
